■
第十六屆香港國際小提琴大賽暨第十三屆香港國際室內樂大賽於2026年2月4日至7日在香港荃灣大會堂及香港柴灣青年廣場成功舉行。大賽至今已連續舉辦十六屆。今年的賽事共吸引來自十五個國家和地區的優秀選手參與，包括中國內地、中國香港、中國澳門、中國台灣，以及美國、新加坡、澳洲、俄羅斯、紐西蘭等地，進入決賽的選手人數超過一千人。多元的文化背景與高水準的藝術交流，使本屆賽事更加精彩紛呈。
The 16th Hong Kong International Violin Competition and the 13th Hong Kong International Chamber Music Competition were successfully held from 4 to 7 February 2026 at the Tsuen Wan Town Hall and Youth Square in Hong Kong. The competition has now been held for sixteen consecutive editions.
This year’s event attracted outstanding contestants from fifteen countries and regions, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, China; Macau, China; Taiwan, China; as well as the United States, Singapore, Australia, Russia, and New Zealand. The number of contestants advancing to the final round exceeded one thousand. The diversity of cultural backgrounds and the high standard of artistic exchange made this edition of the competition particularly vibrant and distinguished.

第十六屆香港國際小提琴大賽暨第十三屆香港國際室內樂大賽正式揭幕！隨著禮帶在剪綵中緩緩落下，這場彙聚天賦與夢想的藝術盛典拉開了帷幕。
The 16th Hong Kong International Violin Competition and the 13th Hong Kong International Chamber Music Competition officially commenced! As the ceremonial ribbon slowly fell, this grand artistic celebration—bringing together talent and dreams—was unveiled.

大師課回顧
MASTERCLASS HIGHLIGHTS
大提琴大師課由方曉牧首席講授尾指揉弦技巧、樂句處理以及弓法發力等細節。
The cello masterclass was led by Principal Xiaomu Fang, who taught details such as the use of the little finger for vibrato, phrase shaping, and bowing force.
小提琴大師課由王思恆教授講解左手按弦與撥弦時的不同發力及手臂角度，以及雙音樂句慢練技巧等建議。
The violin masterclass, led by Professor Sze Hang Wong, covered topics including different finger pressure and arm angles when pressing and plucking the strings, as well as slow practice techniques for double-stop phrases.

On the stage of the Final Round, the contestants infused their performances with genuine emotion, dedicating themselves fully to expressing the deeper meaning of the music. With each rise and fall of the bow, their feelings flowed with subtle nuance; as the notes leapt, their passion and focus became vividly palpable. Through their music, they engaged in a dialogue with the stage, allowing every listener to be immersed and experience the purest power of art.
賽場之中，選手傾注全部心力投入演出；觀眾席上，掌聲此起彼落；家長與老師的注視裡，滿載著期盼與感動。舞台內外的情緒交織匯流，共同譜寫出這場賽事最令人難忘的篇章。
On the competition stage, the contestants poured all their energy into their performances; in the audience, applause rose again and again; in the watchful eyes of parents and teachers, there was full of expectation and emotion. The emotions on and off the stage intertwined, together composing the most unforgettable chapter of this competition.

因獎牌需要印上獲獎選手姓名，此工序需時進行排版製作。2026年3月後，總組委會將把獲獎證書、獎牌以及現場未領取的評語評分紙寄往各分賽區，屆時由各分賽區組委會頒發。
As the medals need to have the names of the awardees engraved, time is required for layout and production. After March 2026, the Organizing Committee will send the award certificates, medals, and any uncollected judges’ comments and score sheets from the event to each sub-competition region, where they will be presented by the respective sub-competition committees.
